Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, who helps us deliver your order, and how to ask us about it.
This policy describes how ShirtShooter.co handles information. Written in plain language on purpose.
Information you give us
When you contact us or place an order, you provide information such as:
- Your name and contact details, including your email address.
- Your shipping address and any delivery notes you send us.
- Details of your order and any messages you send us about it.
We use that information to answer you, to fulfil and ship your order, to handle returns and support, and to keep records of what was agreed.
Payment processing
Card and payment details are handled by a third-party payment processor. When secure checkout opens, payment is processed on their systems under their own terms and privacy policy — we do not receive or store your full card number. Until checkout opens, orders are arranged by email and payment is handled through the processor or marketplace involved.
Shipping providers
We share the delivery details needed to move your parcel with the shipping provider handling your order (USPS, UPS or FedEx). They use it to deliver the shipment and to provide tracking.
Marketplace orders
If you buy through our eBay listing, the marketplace handles the transaction and shares the information needed to fulfil the order with us. The marketplace's own privacy policy also applies to your use of it.
Cookies and analytics
This website is built as plain static pages. If we add basic cookies or an analytics tool later, this policy will be updated to describe what it measures and why. We will not add tracking that we do not tell you about here.
We do not sell your personal data
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share it only with the providers needed to complete the work you asked for — payment processing, shipping, and the marketplace if you ordered there.
How long we keep information
We keep order and contact records for as long as they are needed for support, returns, accounting and legal requirements, and then we remove them.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, and we keep it to the minimum needed to do the job. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise: if we ever become aware of a problem affecting your information, we will tell you.
Your requests
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Email shirtshooter@gmail.com and we will respond.
Children
This site and our products are intended for adult buyers and event organisers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
