What is Shirt Shooter?
Shirt Shooter is the ShirtShooter.co t-shirt cannon — an air-powered launcher that sends t-shirts, hats, foam fingers and other soft giveaways out into a crowd. It is built for events: school pep rallies, basketball and other sports, stadium upper rows, concerts, festivals, fairs and corporate events. It is an entertainment device, not a firearm and not safety or rescue equipment.
What can it launch?
Anything soft, light and small enough to fit the launch tube. Rolled t-shirts are the classic, and hats, foam fingers and similar soft swag work too. People have asked about candy and hot dogs as part of a bigger event giveaway concept — that only makes sense where the venue allows it and it is genuinely safe to do. Never fire hard, sharp or heavy objects.
Is shipping free?
Yes — free shipping on every order. There is no separate shipping charge added at checkout. Full wording is on the Shipping Policy page.
Which carriers do you use?
Orders ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx. The carrier is chosen for your destination, the service that is actually available to that address, and the package. That is why we do not promise one specific carrier up front, and why we do not promise an exact delivery date unless it has been confirmed for your order.
Do you deliver to homes and businesses?
Both. Residential / home delivery and commercial / business delivery are supported. A business address is often the easier option for a school, gym, venue or office. See the Shipping Policy for details.
What is the return policy?
A 30-day no-hassle return window from delivery. Start a return by emailing shirtshooter@gmail.com. Once the returned item is received and checked, the refund is processed. Normal wear and change-of-mind returns are fine; abuse, misuse and missing parts are not. There is no restocking fee. Full wording is on the Returns page.
What is the direct price?
The direct ShirtShooter.co price is $199.99, with free shipping.
Why is direct cheaper than eBay?
Our eBay listing is $249.99 because marketplace fees are built into that price. Buying direct from us at $199.99 avoids those fees, so the saving goes to you instead. You can also see the listing for yourself — the eBay link is on the purchase area of the homepage.
How do I contact support?
Email shirtshooter@gmail.com. That address reaches us for product questions, order questions, event questions, shipping and returns. You can also use the form UI on the Contact page.
Where does checkout happen?
Secure Stripe checkout is opening soon — the button is visible on the homepage but is intentionally not live yet, so it cannot take a payment. Until it opens, order by emailing shirtshooter@gmail.com, or buy through our eBay listing. There is no cart, no order flow and no payment form on this site.
Is there a video?
Not yet. The homepage has a clean video slot reserved for it so we can drop the real footage in later without redesigning the page. We would rather show you nothing than show you a borrowed video that is not ours.
Can I rent a launcher?
There is no rental product at the moment, so we do not publish rental pricing. If you have an event coming up, email shirtshooter@gmail.com with the date and crowd size and we will talk it through.
